Town boundary agreement between Norwich and Groton

Contemporary manuscript copy of a committee's agreement as to the boundary between the towns of Norwich and Groton, Connecticut, declaring Pauquatanuck Cove the boundary from the mouth to the head, marked by several trees. The determination would not alter any man's property. The Committee consisted to Solomon Tracy, Christopher Huntington, Nehemiah Smith, James Avery, John Morgan, Edward Avery and Samuel Whipple. The copy was made by Christopher Avery, town clerk. Docketed on verso.
