The Connecticut State Armory was erected in 1909 to the designs of Benjamin Wistar Morris III. It is a stone building in the Classical Revival style. It consists of a three-story wing housing offices and a five-story drill shed. It is located at 360 Broad Street. Postcard is one of the items in the Richard Mahoney Collection, which contains postcards depicting Hartford and the surrounding areas. Dating is generally based on information from secondary sources regarding publisher history, building history, or postmark.
