View of storefronts at 1070-1080 Main Street, Hartford. The Hoffman Bros. paint and drug stores occupy a building that is covered with signs for the various products sold, including varnish, cigars, wallpaper, glass, soda and candy. Cars can be seen on the street in front of the store. Possible date is based on movie posters visible in another image, hpl_hhc_cp_gn_h475, that appears to depict Main Street storefronts in the same time period.
