These documents provide the policy framework for governance, organization, and operations of the CTDA. Policies are reviewed yearly. Other policy documents may be added in the future as required.
- The Memorandum of Understanding is signed by each participant. It is the basic agreement that allows the CTDA to be the steward of participants’ digital assets.
- CTDA Policies provide the framework within which the CTDA provides services.
- CTDA Contact Designation Form appoints a responsible person from a participating institution to be the primary contact between the CTDA and the institution and spells out the responsibilities of that position.
- CTDA Subscription for Institutional Channel Services is signed by each participant. It is the basic agreement where both parties agree to the terms of creating an independent channel for an institution.
