Cicero Weed was a lifelong resident of West Granby, CT. He was “a quiet man who minded his own business. A reputation for fair dealing and a landmark in the old town.” [Farmington Valley Herald, Dec. 7, 1917, p. 1] He was a farmer (he raised cows too) and had three sons. He died at age 76 at home in West Granby. Captioned by Nora Howard, Avon Town Historian, Summer 2020.
