Brick and stone commercial building in Romanesque revival style has arched windows, dormers, corbel tables, and columns and string courses. Polychrome decoration may be brownstone and marble. Signs read: "E.O. Springer Mfr. / Overalls and Pants" "C.J. Callaghan / Paper /Boxes" "R.S. Peck & Co. / Printers / And Wood Engravers" "Becher / & Eitel / Bookbinders / Blank Books" "The L.E. Rhodes Co. / Tools / and / Machinery." The frame building at the right has a sign that reads: "Stephen Maslen / Monuments." A theatrical poster in the window of the building on the right reads: "Eleanor Robson / Pasrsons Theatre / Tuesday, Mar 28." Men and boys stand on the side walk and in the street. Some are blurred from movement. Inscribed on back: "28 / High St."
