Description: View of what appears to be an excavated area identified as a construction site in Hartford. A number of workers can be seen. Based on identification of other photographs, the image may depict construction of the east side pumping station in late 1912 or early 1913.
Note: One of the glass plate negatives contained in the Hartford City Parks Collection. The glass plate negatives date from approximately 1900-1930.
