Water is streaming from a fire hydrant and children in shorts or bathing suits are running into the water and jumping around in it. Some are collecting water from the sewer and pouring water onto each other. Children are also playing games at a table. Games include checkers and what look like miniature versions of pool and ping pong. Another game has the word “basket” on it.
