To the left, a horse and carriage stand in front of the former house of Charles Henry Mallory at the corner of East Main and Willow Streets, Mystic. The house has a mansard roof and cupola. Wheel tracks can be seen on the snow-covered street. What appears to be a mailbox can be seen on the right. Printed in lower margin: "EAST MAIN STREET, MYSTIC, CONN. PUBLISHED BY H.D.
