Description
Photograph of the green centered on the Soldiers Monument. Two cannon on iron carriages stand in front and back of the monument. Houses and trees line the green. Automobiles parked around the green seem to date the photo to the 1920s.The monument designed by Robert W. Hill and built by Plymouth Granite Company was dedicated on September 26, 1871 to honor Woodbury's Civil War dead.
