Description |
Description
A large elm tree stands between frame houses and a dirt road. A sidewalk is beside the road. The house at the left has louvered shutters and a picket fence. The house to its right has a porch and a lunette in its gable. Vines grow on the side of the house. A chair is on the porch. A lantern, probably a kerosene lantern, is on the tree trunk at the far right. Inscribed on back: "[Geo. C. Eno home, center]" "[Hopmeadow St. / Simsbury]"
