Silent color motion picture film produced by Art Kiely, Jr. and Commercial Pictures depicting the events of Air Week End (June 28-29, 1947) in Groton with intertitle cards to describe each segments. Includes Elizabeth Gordon (editor of House Beautiful) speaking about women in aviation; Skyway Corporation's helicopter flying to Cheney Brothers in Manchester to pick up fabric; steps in fabric design/production; returning to Trumbull Field (Groton) with the fabric; the Sage-Allen fashion show; and the Air National Guard air show.
