Description
Black and white film showing scenes of the village of Chirnside in Scotland, and the plant that the Dexter Corporation of Windsor Locks, Connecticut, built a plant in the early 1970s. The narrator and interviewees tell of the purchase of 42 acres of land in Chirnside, the use of an existing paper mill, and the building of new structures. Dexter built the plant to provide orders of specialty paper for buyers in Europe. The film shows many scenes of the interior and exteriors of the mill buildings. The film runs for 11 minutes, 16 seconds.
