Description
A hand held version of the Juneteenth flag used in parades. It features a blue stripe at the top of the flag and a red stripe at the bottom. In the center of the flag is a white five pointed start surrounded by a white star burst. Along the right edge of the flag is text that reads "June 19, 1865", which was originally added in 2007. The original textless version of the flag was created in 1997 by Lisa Jeanne Graf for the National Juneteenth Celebration Foundation.
